- Binghamton
Rangers
- (1990-1997)
|

|
- After the horrible last
season of the Whalers, the Rangers brought
the pride back to area fans. Teaming with the
New York Rangers and making the playoffs six
of seven seasons proved to be a shot in the
arm for attendance.
-
- The 1992-93 Binghamton
Rangers are recognized as one of the best AHL
teams in history. The team tore through the
regular season and nearly rewrote the record
books, many of which still stand. The team
however fell apart in the playoffs and failed
to break Binghamton's championship drought.
